Generated Prompts: You own the specific prompts generated via your inputs on StockSyntax. You are free to use these prompts in any AI generation tool (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).

Generated Images: StockSyntax claims no ownership over images created using our prompts. Your rights to those images are determined by the AI generation tool you use.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service for illegal or harmful activities.
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits or scrape the website.
  • Generating prompts intended to impersonate real people or specific artists without permission.
  • Reverse-engineering our prompt generation algorithms.

5. Commercial Safety Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to provide "commercially safe" prompts that comply with contributor guidelines (e.g., Adobe Stock), we offer no guarantee. You are solely responsible for verifying that your final images do not violate any trademarks, copyrights, or person's rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

StockSyntax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including any rejections from stock photography agencies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StockSyntax at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
